Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy
All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of research chemicals and the strict handling requirements necessary to maintain product integrity, all sales made through Peptrode are final. We do not accept returns, offer refunds, or process exchanges under any circumstances once an order has been placed and payment has been confirmed.
No Returns
We cannot accept the return of any product — whether opened or unopened. Research peptides require controlled storage conditions, and we cannot guarantee the integrity of any product that has left our facility. For the safety and confidence of all customers, returned products cannot be restocked or resold.
No Refunds
Refunds will not be issued for any reason, including but not limited to: change of mind, ordering the wrong product or quantity, dissatisfaction with delivery times, or failure to read product descriptions and policies prior to purchase.
Order Cancellations
Once an order has been placed, it enters our fulfillment queue and cannot be cancelled. If you need to modify an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@peptrode.com . While we cannot guarantee changes, we will do our best to accommodate requests received before the order has shipped.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged during transit or you receive an incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged or incorrect items. We will review each case individually and, at our sole discretion, may offer a replacement shipment. Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be honored.
