Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and a shipping notification with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We currently ship within the United States via USPS and UPS. Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

  • Standard Shipping: 5 – 7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2 – 3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier volume, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website. If you do not receive tracking information within 4 business days of placing your order, please contact us.

Packaging

All peptides are shipped in insulated, temperature-controlled packaging to maintain product integrity during transit. Packages are sealed and labeled for research use only.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship only within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the purchase, possession, and use of research peptides complies with all applicable local, state, and federal laws in their jurisdiction.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package appears to be lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected or actual delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate and, at our sole discretion, may ship a replacement order.
