Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using peptrode.com ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Site or purchase any products from us. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years of age to use this Site or purchase products. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and are a qualified professional, researcher, or otherwise legally permitted to purchase and handle research chemicals in your jurisdiction.

Products & Intended Use

All products sold through Peptrode are intended strictly for in-vitro laboratory research purposes only. Products are sold in lyophilized (powder) form unless otherwise specified. Products are not intended for human or animal consumption, injection, or any diagnostic, therapeutic, or clinical use, and must not be incorporated into foods, drugs, cosmetics, or medical devices.

By purchasing from us, you acknowledge and agree that you will use all products solely for lawful research purposes and in compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations.

Peptrode does not provide usage instructions, dosing guidelines, protocols, or any advice regarding the handling, preparation, or application of our products. Any information provided on the Site is for general reference only and does not constitute medical, scientific, or professional advice.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to resell, repackage, relabel, redistribute, transfer, or otherwise make available any products purchased from Peptrode to third parties without our express written consent. You further agree not to misrepresent the nature, intended use, or origin of any product, and not to use any product in violation of these Terms or applicable law.

Any misuse, misrepresentation, or violation of these Terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account, cancellation of pending orders without refund, refusal of future orders, and may expose you to civil or criminal liability. We reserve the right to report suspected unlawful activity to the appropriate authorities.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in US dollars. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Payment is due at the time of order. We currently accept Bitcoin (BTC) and offline payments. Orders are not confirmed until payment has been received and verified.

Statement Descriptor

Charges from Peptrode will appear on your payment records or statements as "PEPTRODE" or "PEPTRODE.COM".

Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, suspected fraud, or violations of these Terms. If your order is cancelled after payment, you will be refunded in full.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, images, logos, graphics, and code — is the property of Peptrode or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our express written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Nothing on this Site has been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, and all content is provided for educational and research purposes only — it does not constitute medical advice. Peptrode does not operate as a compounding pharmacy or outsourcing facility under sections 503A or 503B of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Peptrode and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or purchase of products, regardless of the cause of action or the theory of liability.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Peptrode and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Site, your purchase or use of products, or your violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Houston County, Alabama.

Mandatory Arbitration

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, your use of the Site, or the purchase or use of any product — including the determination of the scope or applicability of this agreement to arbitrate — shall be resolved exclusively through binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration shall take place in Houston County, Alabama, unless both parties agree to an alternative location or to proceed via telephone or video conference.

You agree that any arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class, consolidated, or representative action. The arbitrator may award the same damages and relief that a court could award, but only to the individual party seeking relief and only to the extent necessary to provide relief warranted by that party's individual claim. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Before initiating arbitration, you agree to first contact us at support@peptrode.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days. If the dispute is not resolved within that period, either party may proceed with arbitration.

Class Action Waiver

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you and Peptrode each waive the right to participate in a class action, collective action, private attorney general action, or any other representative proceeding with respect to any dispute arising under or related to these Terms. You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. If for any reason a claim proceeds in court rather than in arbitration, both you and Peptrode waive any right to a jury trial.

Assumption of Risk

By purchasing products from Peptrode, you acknowledge that research chemicals carry inherent risks and that you assume full responsibility for the proper handling, storage, and use of all products in compliance with applicable laws and safety standards. You agree that Peptrode shall not be held liable for any damages, injury, or loss arising from the misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized application of any product purchased from this Site.
